Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed during busy periods. We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible. In quieter times if ordered before 2pm it is most likely to be posted the same day !

Once your order as been processed here are the following shipping details:

Tracked 24: Royal Mail aim to deliver the following next working day including Saturday (if ordered on the Friday)

Tracked 48: Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

All orders will be sent a conformation email and postage updates

You are responsible for putting correct delivery details on your order


Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with sealed packaging intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 30 days of receiving the item.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 14 days.

Prior to making any returns. You must first contact for further details. 

Please note: Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different, this would only be minor. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash itself.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us on within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Blingk&Beauty do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



Discount codes are provided exclusively by Blingk&Beauty. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order.
